A studio built where
design meets production.
Designlayer was created to solve two related problems: clients often struggle to understand a proposed space before it is built, and cabinetry businesses often struggle to carry approved design information accurately into production.
Designers may create customer presentations in one program, technical drawings in another and manufacturing data in a third. Each transfer creates opportunities for missed dimensions, inconsistent finishes, incompatible hardware, omitted parts and production errors.
Designlayer develops a more coordinated approach. High-end visualization communicates the intended space with realism and precision, while Cabinet Vision and technical production systems convert approved design information into reliable drawings, reports, materials, hardware and CNC-ready manufacturing data.
“Design for the customer.
Develop for production.
Verify for manufacturing.”
